Q: How do I get to Kura Kura Resort from Bali?
We recommend booking with Gita Bali, a tour company specializing in transportation from Bali to Gili Meno. They can assist with arranging either a shuttle bus or private transport to Padang Bai, the main port where most fast boats depart. The drive is approximately 1 hour from Kuta.
We suggest traveling with Eka Jaya Fast Ferry (www.ekajayafastferry.com), known for their large, air-conditioned, and comfortable vessels. The boat ride to Gili Meno takes about 2 hours. Gita Bali can handle your ferry ticket and check-in process at the port.

Alternatively, you may choose to fly from Ngurah Rai (Bali) Airport to Lombok International Airport. The flight takes approximately 45 minutes, though airfares may vary. Upon arrival in Lombok, we can arrange a private transfer to Teluk Nara (approx. 90 minutes by car), followed by a 15-minute speedboat ride to Gili Meno.

Q: How do I get to Gili Meno from Lombok?

purchased directly at the harbors ticket counter.

Q: Where is Kura Kura Resort located on Gili Meno?
We are located just a 2-minute walk from the main jetty, where most fast boats arrive. Our staff will greet you on arrival and assist with your luggage. Q: Is Kura Kura Resort close to the beach?
Yes, the resort is beachfront! The waters in front are calm, perfect for swimming and light snorkeling. Beautiful beaches stretch both north and south from the resort, just minutes away on foot.

Q: How far is the Turtle Sanctuary from KKR?
Only a 5-minute walk away. At select times, you can participate in turtle releases for a small donation. Gili Meno is famous for turtles, and snorkeling with them is a highlight for many guests.

Q: What kind of guests stay at KKR?
We welcome solo travelers, couples, families, groups, and honeymooners. Mos rooms are poolside, and we offer spacious suites ideal for families or friends traveling together. Our pool area is generally quiet, as many guests spend the day snorkeling or diving.

Q: Is the harbor area busy where KKR is located?
Not at all. While the jetty is nearby, the area is peaceful. Daily public boat schedules are limited, and the morning arrival of local produce boats is a lovely cultural experience.

Q: Does KKR offer romantic dinners?
Yes! Depending on tides and weather, we can set up a candlelit beachfront dinner with a private waiter and the soothing sound of waves.

Q: Can you cater to special dietary requirements?

Q: Do you have a kids menu?
We do! Our kids menu offers fun and affordable meals made just for little ones.

Q: Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes, we offer vegetarian dishes on our regular menu. Special requests require 24 hours notice.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard (3% bank fee applies). We are working to enable digital wallet payments soon.

Q: Are there any additional charges at the restaurant?
In accordance with Indonesian law, we apply a 16% tax and service charge. This is clearly stated on every page of our menu and displayed at our cashier along with an official government notice.

Q: Can you arrange birthday or special occasion cakes?
Absolutely! We require 24 hours notice as cakes are delivered from the mainland. Please email or WhatsApp us ahead of time.
