The Head of Dishub NTB, Ervan Anwar, stated that the expansion focuses heavily on optimizing shuttle routes and traffic management. “Our focus at the Transportation Office relates to shuttle services and traffic engineering. The number of our shuttle services is increasing because the pickup points are also expanding,” he explained.

To accommodate travelers coming from different directions, the free transportation network connects major arrival hubs directly to transit or pickup zones heading toward the Mandalika circuit area. The expanded coverage includes:
– Bangsal : Serving tourists and travelers arriving from the Gili Islands (Gili Trawangan, Meno, and Air).
– Senggigi : Catering to visitors staying along Lombok’s famous tourism strip.
– Lembar : Facilitating passengers arriving via ferries from Bali and other regions.
